Faculty Brewing Co. is a 7-barrel craft microbrewery and 30-seat tasting room in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, occupying the former space of the Pedal Bike Depot bicycle shop on the Ontario Street cycling corridor. The brewery operates as an 'open-source' brewery, publishing all recipes publicly and numbering beers by flavour complexity using a university course system. Cyclists can enjoy rotating taps of house-brewed beer and Oddity Kombucha alongside snacks, or fill a growler to take on the road.
