Kishimoto is an intimate, award-winning Japanese restaurant on Vancouver's vibrant Commercial Drive, helmed by Chef Akira Kishimoto, who trained in Osaka and Kyoto before bringing his craft to BC. Since opening in 2011, the restaurant has earned Gold for Best Japanese at the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards 2024 and champions local farms and sustainable seafood alongside premium Japanese imports. The casual, cozy atmosphere and pedestrian- and cycling-friendly Commercial Drive location make it a standout destination for an evening meal after a day on the bike.
