The Markin-MacPhail Westside Legacy Trail connects Invermere, Fairmont Hot Springs, and Radium Hot Springs through the Columbia Valley, ridden as out-and-backs from 7 to 50 km. Mostly gentle and family-friendly, following lake and forest with steady mountain views and good birdwatching, though a few sections roll and climb more than you might expect. Hot springs at either end make a fine finish line.
