Tucked into the East Kootenays in Ktunaxa and Secwepemc territory, this 206 km loop links one spectacular river valley after another on wide gravel roads and sneaky little connectors, with a dip into Nipika's singletrack partway. The last big pass is the unanimous highlight: wildflowers, meadows, and Rockies views both directions, then hours through the staggering regrowth of old wildfires. Two to three days with creek crossings, and rustic Lussier Hot Springs waits near the start for afterwards.
