Golestan Bakery
Golestan Bakery is a beloved Persian bakery founded in 1997 by Jalal Darvishi, serving both Iranian and broader North Vancouver communities with traditional confections including baklava, zulbia, creamy pastries, and specialty breads. After 27 years of operation, it recently expanded into a larger modern wholesale facility to meet growing demand. Cyclists passing through can stop in for baked goods, custom cakes, or ice cream and faloodeh — a refreshing Persian frozen treat.
