Coal River Services RV Park & Lodge sits at the confluence of the Coal and Liard Rivers on the Alaska Highway in the Northern Rockies of BC, roughly 30 minutes north of Liard Hot Springs. Originally built in 1949, the property offers lodge rooms, full-hookup RV sites, dry camping, and an on-site cafe famous for bison burgers. It is one of the few full-service stops for long-haul travellers on this remote stretch of the Alcan.
