CFB Esquimalt Naval & Military Museum - NAD29
The CFB Esquimalt Naval & Military Museum is situated on Naden, Canada's oldest active Pacific naval base on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, preserving the history of the Royal Canadian Navy's West Coast presence alongside the Canadian Women's Army Corps, the Women's Royal Canadian Naval Service, and the West Coast Defences. Housed across two historic Naden buildings, the museum holds an expanding archive of thousands of photographs, ship plans, navigation charts, and naval documents available for public research. Guided and self-guided tours are offered, and a conference room hosts meetings for naval associations and community organizations.
