Merci Boulangerie
Merci Boulangerie is a French-inspired artisan bakery on Vancouver's Commercial Drive, founded by Red Seal Baker Natalie Cumberbirch, who trained at the two-Michelin-star L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris and the celebrated boulangerie Mamiche. The shop serves freshly baked croissants, pastries, and bread alongside coffee and locally curated retail items. For touring cyclists riding Commercial Drive, it is a well-located stop for high-quality baked goods in one of Vancouver's most vibrant neighbourhood corridors.
