The Hideaway Bistro is a fully licensed lakeside bar and restaurant at the Lakeside Heffley Hideaway resort on Heffley Lake, situated between Kamloops and Sun Peaks along a popular cycling and recreation corridor. It grew out of a food truck tradition known for Chef Juan's tacos and now offers a broader menu of comfort food with Mexican flair, served from a dog-friendly patio overlooking the lake. Cyclists can ride straight in from the road or paddle up to a public dock, making it a natural stop on a Sun Peaks–Kamloops route.
