Bob's on the Rocks is an iconic waterfront fish-and-chips destination at Rushbrook Floats in Prince Rupert, serving fresh local seafood from a food truck and snack shack kiosk since 2004. Now community-owned and operated by the Gitmaxmak'ay Nisga'a Society — an Indigenous non-profit — all profits beyond reinvestment support Nisga'a language and culture revitalization initiatives. Cyclists can eat at waterfront deck seating overlooking the harbour, and the shop also stocks fishing supplies including bait, lures, and ice.
