Matchstick is a specialty coffee roastery and café born in Vancouver in 2012, now with four neighbourhood locations. The Yaletown outpost sits at the southern edge of Richards Street, just north of the George Wainborn seawall and across the water from Granville Island Market. They roast their own beans, bake pastries fresh on-site daily, and serve a full breakfast and lunch menu.
