The current Polish-Canadian owners have stewarded the bakery since 1996, keeping the founder's name and expanding offerings to include German and Polish breads, cheesecakes, and a selection of imported European canned and pickled goods. Takeaway-only, it is a distinctive artisan stop on Lonsdale Avenue with over six decades of neighbourhood history.
