Elysian Coffee Roasters is a Vancouver-based specialty coffee roaster with four neighbourhood cafes; this Fairview outpost sits at the corner of Broadway and Ash. The roastery sources single-origin beans from Ethiopia, Rwanda, Guatemala, and Colombia and roasts them in-house, with the same coffees available to take home or via subscription. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, making it a comfortable rest stop along the busy Broadway corridor.
