The Art Department is a community arts centre in Tsawwassen founded by local visual artist Mike, offering drop-in and registered classes in pottery, painting, drawing, and jewelry alongside special events and parties. The studio was built around a mission of fostering curiosity, creativity, and community in one shared creative space. Touring cyclists exploring the Tsawwassen area could experience a pottery class, attend a paint-and-wine evening, or pick up a gift card as a memorable souvenir from their ride.
