Pressato
Pressato is a European-inspired sandwich shop on Vancouver's busy Robson Street, built around house-baked focaccia made daily from five simple, preservative-free ingredients. Owner Stefan's menu spans Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese flavours across focaccia sandwiches, paninis, hand-crafted coffee, and fresh pastries. The shop offers both indoor and outdoor seating and accepts catering orders, making it a solid mid-ride refuelling stop in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
