The Poke Guy
The Poke Guy is a Hawaiian-inspired poke and grill restaurant in downtown Vancouver, recognized as Canada's first restaurant partnering with Ocean Wise to serve sustainably sourced, wild-caught seafood. The menu centres on build-your-own poke bowls, Hawaiian hot plates, and poke wraps, all made with daily-fresh wild-caught fish and in-house marinades. With extensive vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options and a catering program, it offers a health-conscious and customizable meal for cyclists moving through the city core.
