Moon Curser Vineyards
Moon Curser Vineyards is a boutique Osoyoos winery named after gold-rush-era smugglers who dodged moonlight on the Dewdney Trail, just shy of the US border. It specializes in rare old-world varieties like Touriga Nacional, Carménère, and Tannat — grapes seldom grown elsewhere in Canada — and has earned recognition seven times on Top Winery lists at the WineAlign National Wine Awards of Canada. Cyclists on the Crowsnest Highway (Hwy 3) will find a welcoming tasting room with vineyard and Osoyoos Lake views, plus a seated 'Smuggler's Sitting' experience on select days.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Nłeʔkepmx Tmíxʷ (Nlaka’pamux), Syilx (Okanagan), and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
