Bâtard
Bâtard is a small family-run French-style boulangerie, café, and épicerie in Vancouver's Fraserhood neighbourhood, opened in 2015 by the Born family in a restored 100-year-old building. All breads and pastries are made in-house, with recipes inspired by European travels and family tradition, spanning sourdoughs, rye loaves, croissants, and seasonal specialties. It has been recognised as a top bakery by the Georgia Straight, Vancouver Magazine, and The Courier.
