The tasting room offers hand-crafted cocktails made with in-house spirits alongside retail bottle sales, making it a distinctive destination stop rather than a mid-ride refuel. Originally known for its No. 82 Amaretto, the distillery has pivoted to becoming a serious rye whisky producer with limited special releases that often sell out within a day.
