The Salted Vine
The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar occupies Squamish's oldest surviving building, a 1910 structure at the corner of Second and Victoria, outfitted with modern-country farmhouse décor of reclaimed poplar panels, grey teak tables, and custom-milled maple accents. The menu centres on sustainably sourced, seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients—fresh daily oysters, BC salmon, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list—making it one of the most refined dining stops on the Sea-to-Sky corridor between Vancouver and Whistler. A 70-seat dining room and lounge is complemented by a 20-seat patio.
This place is in the traditional territory of the Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) and Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla.
