Nirvana Restaurant
Nirvana on Victoria is a family-owned Indian restaurant on Victoria Drive in Vancouver, helmed by husband-and-wife team Ravi and Opi Bedi. Ravi's connection to the restaurant dates back to 1986 when he arrived from Punjab, India and took his first Canadian job there as a cook — he became the owner in 2018. The kitchen centres on house-made masala blends and generational recipes, with a broad menu spanning tandoori dishes, curries, and vegetarian specialties.
