The Fish Store is a floating seafood restaurant and licensed fish processing plant moored at Fisherman's Wharf in Victoria, where fishing boats tie up directly at the store to deliver their catch. By purchasing fish and shellfish straight from the fishermen and processing on-site, it cuts out the supply chain entirely to offer some of the freshest local seafood on the coast, including salmon, halibut, albacore tuna, Dungeness crab, and spot prawns. The entire menu is 100% Ocean Wise certified, and menus are available in five languages, reflecting its prominence as a destination for visitors to the Inner Harbour waterfront.
