Bartholomew
Bartholomew is a sophisticated cocktail and wine bar tucked in Vancouver's historic Yaletown neighbourhood, having been a cornerstone of the city's cocktail scene for nearly seven years. The intimate lounge is known for inventive drinks, curated wines, and what it describes as the city's premier charcuterie and cheese program, with an extensive selection of house-made cured meats and artisan cheeses from around the world. The majority of seating runs along a long bar, giving guests an up-close view of the bar and kitchen teams at work.
