Kafka's Coffee is a Vancouver-based specialty coffee roaster with multiple locations; the Great Northern Way outpost doubles as the company's bakery hub, serving house-made breads, pastries, and a full breakfast and lunch menu from a sun-soaked patio on the Emily Carr University and Centre for Digital Media campus. Espresso is pulled on a custom-modified Synesso machine using beans sourced directly from farmers and roasted weekly in Vancouver. The space also functions as a community arts venue, hosting rotating solo and group exhibitions by local artists.
