Ramen Danbo
Ramen Danbo is a popular chain originating from Fukuoka, Japan, specializing in traditional Tonkotsu pork-broth ramen with signature broth made daily in-house at each location. The Vancouver shops were the chain's first restaurants outside Japan, and the menu offers extensive customization of noodle firmness, broth richness, and toppings. A touring cyclist can count on a hot, filling bowl of ramen with pickup and delivery also available.
