Kalvin's Restaurant is a long-established Taiwanese and Szechuan dining destination on Vancouver's Victoria Drive, founded in 1993 by chef Kalvin Koo who trained under seasoned masters in Taiwan. Now in its fourth decade, the restaurant preserves authentic Taiwanese culinary traditions across a wide menu spanning cold appetizers, soups, hot pots, and fresh seafood with customizable spice levels. The dining room can accommodate intimate meals as well as full banquet and wedding-reception events.
