Station BBQ is a Southern-style smokehouse established in 2013 in Vernon, BC, built on the philosophy of cooking meats low and slow over real wood with no shortcuts. Brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, and sausage are served 'naked' with house-made sauces on the side, and the kitchen also offers catering for events of all sizes. Hungry cyclists can dine in with table reservations or order takeout online, including BBQ by the pound to take on the road.
