Nuba
Nuba is a beloved Lebanese restaurant in Vancouver's Gastown neighbourhood, founded in 2003 and celebrated for fresh, organic, locally-sourced ingredients prepared daily from scratch. The menu leans heavily plant-based, featuring a wide array of vegan and gluten-free mezze, falafel, and hummus dishes rooted in generations-old Lebanese family recipes. This Gastown outpost, branded 'Underground Gastown,' is one of four Vancouver locations and offers both sit-down dining and online ordering.
