Ramen Danbo
Ramen Danbo is a Japanese chain rooted in Fukuoka-style Tonkotsu ramen, with its Kitsilano location on West 4th Avenue being one of the brand's very first restaurants outside Japan. Diners can deeply customize their bowl — choosing noodle thickness, broth richness, and spice level — from both a regular and a dedicated vegan menu. Sitting in one of Vancouver's most cycling-friendly neighbourhoods, it's a popular refuelling stop along the busy West 4th corridor.
