Ampersand Distilling Company is a family-founded craft distillery on a five-acre farm in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, producing award-winning gin, vodka, and walnut liqueur from BC-grown organic wheat and wild-harvested botanicals using hand-built copper stills. The tasting room features a bar made from a Douglas fir slab cut from the property, and the distillery also brings its spirits to the Duncan Farmers' Market every Saturday. Celebrating its 10th year, Ampersand is releasing its first whisky and a new barrel-aged gin.
