Sooke Region Museum
The Sooke Region Museum and Visitor Centre preserves the natural and human history of the Sooke Region, operating since 1977 on the territories of the T'Sou-ke, Pacheedaht and Scia'new peoples. Visitors can explore extensive outdoor exhibits including heritage buildings like Moss Cottage, the Servants' Quarters, and a Forestry Path, while the indoor collection covers basketry, early settlers, forestry, and maritime themes. It also serves as the area's official visitor centre and includes a Gift & Book Shop, making it a natural orientation stop for cyclists arriving in Sooke.
