Fujiya
Fujiya is a long-running Japanese grocery chain with its Richmond location opened in 1989, offering a wide selection of Japanese food products for home cooking and ready-to-go prepared items including sushi. Founded in Vancouver's Japantown in 1977, Fujiya has become a staple of Japanese-Canadian food culture across BC. A touring cyclist would find this a useful stop for specialty Japanese groceries, packaged snacks, and catering-style prepared sushi available for pickup.
