Po Kong
Po Kong Vegetarian Restaurant is a fully vegetarian Chinese restaurant on Vancouver's Kingsway corridor, established in 2011 as the successor to the long-running Bo Kong chain that first popularized Chinese vegetarian cuisine in the Lower Mainland in 1992. The menu features Buddhist vegetarian cooking with vegan options, dim sum service, and set menus. It is a rare opportunity for plant-based cyclists to sit down to a full Chinese meal rather than a quick snack.
