Blue Parrot Coffee is a family-owned café operating since 1979, named after the competing bar in the Humphrey Bogart film Casablanca. The Hillcrest Community Centre location offers freshly squeezed juices, real fruit smoothies, and food made without preservatives or deep-frying, catering to active patrons.
