Thai Affair Rolled Gelato is a seasonal, beach-side stand in White Rock serving Thai-style rolled gelato — a technique where liquid cream is poured onto a frozen plate and rolled into cylinders — in flavours like Tiramisu, Kinder Bueno, and Salted Caramel. Founded in 2017 near White Rock beach, the concept grew out of the founder's travels in Southeast Asia and has since expanded to Richmond Night Market and several Vancouver park locations. Every flavour on the menu is available in a fully vegan version.
