Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba
Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba is a Japanese restaurant chain specializing in mazesoba, a rich, broth-free saucy noodle dish that originated in Nagoya and was popularized in Tokyo by founder Takuma Ishikawa when he opened his first shop in 2014. The Brentwood location is one of several BC outposts of this internationally expanding brand, now operating across Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, and beyond. Touring cyclists will find a full menu of mazesoba, ramen, rice bowls, gyoza, and soft-serve ice cream, with confirmed vegan and vegetarian options.
