The Burrow
The Burrow is a Mexican-inspired vegetarian and vegan restaurant that has anchored Commercial Drive in East Vancouver since 2009. It is known for creative weekend brunch served on morning-baked cornbread, handmade tacos on locally sourced corn tortillas, and cult-favourite baked burritos and nachos — all made entirely without meat. The casual, community-driven atmosphere and entirely plant-based menu make it a compelling stop for cyclists riding one of Vancouver's busiest cycling corridors.
