Hero's Welcome is a community pub on Main Street in Vancouver, occupying a space that housed the Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans Taurus Club Unit 298 from 1948 until 2019. Extensive renovations preserved and displayed irreplaceable veterans memorabilia alongside pieces sourced from the Canadian Military Archives, giving the room a distinctive historic character. Touring cyclists stopping in will find a full bar and food menu, bar games including pinball, pool, skeeball, and darts, and a regular live music program.
