Tse'k'wa National Historic Site
Tse'k'wa National Historic Site is a Dane-zaa gathering place near Charlie Lake with over 12,500 years of living history, designated a National Historic Site by Parks Canada in 2019 and collaboratively owned by Doig River, Prophet River, and West Moberly First Nations. The heart of the site is a cave perched on a cliff above the Peace Valley, accessible via a 230 m interpretive trail through a landscape that includes a traditional healing garden and land-based cultural experiences.
