The Tipper
The Tipper is a cozy, casual neighbourhood restaurant in East Vancouver at Kingsway and Victoria Drive, describing itself as 'Cozy, Casual, Comforting' and doubling as a community gathering space that displays and sells work by local artists and craftspeople.
