Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen
Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen is an Indochine-inspired sit-down restaurant on Vancouver's Kingsway corridor serving authentic dishes including signature Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Bun Ca, Bun Rieu Cua, and Com Tam prepared by Vietnamese descendants with traditional techniques. The elegantly appointed interior is designed for private dining, business meetings, and group events with large communal tables. Founded to introduce Vietnamese culinary heritage to Canadian diners, Ganh emphasizes hand-selected spices and dedicated dipping sauces for each dish.
