TOUK
TOUK is a contemporary Cambodian restaurant in Vancouver's West End helmed by Chef Chanthy Yen, winner of Top Chef Canada Season 11 and alumnus of world-renowned kitchens including Ferran Adrià's. The restaurant takes its name from Bon Om Touk, the Cambodian water festival, and weaves together BC's local seafood, produce, and seasonal harvests with Cambodian flavours and French bistro technique. A touring cyclist looking for a distinctive, chef-driven meal on the waterfront edge of downtown Vancouver will find a seasonally evolving menu with strong local-sourcing credentials.
