Established in 2014, Brickworks Public House is a locally-owned, contemporary-industrial bar and restaurant located inside the Delta hotel on Whistler's Main Street. The kitchen serves BC-sourced seasonal menus — slow-braised bison short rib, pan-seared Arctic char — while the bar claims Whistler's largest gin selection with over 55 gins and 11 rotating local craft beer taps. It seats 55 guests and caters to both casual diners and private group events in the heart of one of BC's premier outdoor recreation destinations.
