Cyclists are banned from riding through the George Massey Tunnel on Highway 99. This free provincial shuttle carries bikes across instead, connecting Richmond (Rice Mill Road, east of Hwy 99) and Delta (Hwy 17A north of the Hwy 99/17A interchange). TransLink buses through the tunnel also carry 2 bikes each as an alternative.
