Jackson's Resto Butcher is a family-owned Kitsilano institution operating since 1911, originally a butcher shop and expanded in 2020 into a full neighbourhood restaurant. Cyclists on the West 4th Avenue corridor can stop for a hot meal of smoked and grilled meats, burgers, or salads, or grab provisions from the butcher and deli counter to take on the road. BC craft beers on tap, craft cider, and a selection of BC wines round out the stop.
