Craig's Bakery & Deli is a multi-generational family operation that has been baking everything from scratch without preservatives in Kamloops since 1989, when Craig and Cyndy Einfeld purchased Erwin and Son's Bakery. The Kamloops outlet, in the Brock Shopping Centre on Tranquille Road, pairs a full bakery and deli with a cozy coffee shop serving daily soups and lunch specials. Consistently voted one of Kamloops' best bakeries from 2018 through 2023, it is a well-established local institution and practical meal stop for touring cyclists.
