Green Cuisine is a fully plant-based restaurant and café tucked into Market Square's courtyard in downtown Victoria, serving sustainable vegan food since 1990. The café is Victoria's first to serve Certified Climate-Positive coffee, and also offers handcrafted plant-based gelato, freshly baked treats, and a wide range of gluten-free options. All ingredients are listed with allergens highlighted, and the business composts and recycles on-site as part of a long-standing sustainability commitment.
