Bread Culture is a small-batch artisan bakery in Vancouver's Dunbar neighbourhood, specialising in naturally leavened, hand-crafted sourdough breads and French-style viennoiserie made fresh daily from organic ingredients with no additives. The menu spans an impressive range of organic sourdoughs, croissants, Danish pastries, brioches, choux, and baguette sandwiches, with pre-ordering strongly recommended two days in advance for specialty or large items.
