Zakkushi
Zakkushi on Denman is a Japanese yakitori izakaya that has been part of Vancouver's food scene since 2004, specializing in authentic charcoal-grilled chicken cooked over Bincho charcoal and a seasonal menu that rotates with the four seasons. It sits on Denman Street at the entrance to the Stanley Park Seawall — one of Vancouver's premier cycling corridors — making it a natural stop for riders finishing a loop. The restaurant is part of the larger Zakkushi Group, which operates multiple yakitori and ramen concepts across Vancouver and Toronto.
