Lark Coffee Roasters is a small-batch specialty roastery in Creston, BC, founded by roaster-owner Ilana Cameron after a transformative coffee experience on a band tour. Operating from a tasting room and sensory learning centre one block from downtown, Lark sources seasonally from single farms, women-owned operations, co-ops, and indigenous producers with a focus on organic and traceable coffees. Touring cyclists passing through the central Kootenays can stop in for tasting flights and coffee drinks, or pick up freshly roasted beans to take on the road.
